Recording everything

Making a Form

At RM Wraps, we take pride in meticulously documenting every aspect of our work. Here's our streamlined process:

  1. Comprehensive Documentation: We begin by recording detailed notes about each project, capturing all essential information.

  2. Google Docs: These notes are promptly added to a shared Google Doc, ensuring transparency and accessibility for our customers.

  3. Project Details: The document includes:

    • Materials: A complete list of materials used.

    • Job Location: The address of the job site.

    • Cost Breakdown: An itemized cost of everything involved in the project.

    • Time Tracking: Detailed records of time spent on the job site.

    • Additional Information: Any other relevant details specific to the project.

This thorough approach ensures that our customers are fully informed and can follow the progress and specifics of their project with ease. Click here to see the real form or on the image.

Photos and Videos

Public Videos

Create engaging videos showcasing different aspects of the project. We are looking to post these videos on both our website and YouTube channel to reach a wider audience and create more buzz around our work.

Next, we create a Google Photo album. We add before pictures and videos, capturing everything we wrap that day. The album link is shared with everyone involved in the project, including customers, owners, and general contractors.

This approach offers several benefits:

  • It provides a time stamp and location on all pictures and videos, documenting where the project took place and the duration of each unit's wrap.

  • Customers and stakeholders can visit the album page to see up-to-date pictures and videos, offering transparency and real-time updates on the project's progress.

  • Click here to see 1 private plane project we did.
